1) All females must be 18 years or older, any nationality, weight, height, size, shape with no upward limit on age.
2) Must have possession of 2 pieces of hardcopy Identification: Birth certificate, State ID, Driver's License, Passport, social security card signed, and/or credit card.
3) All actresses must be able to shoot 15-minutes of oral sex first, then B/G, or G/G or group or Gangbang.
4) No boyfriends/driver's/managers/photographers or agents will be present unless first cleared by management.
5) Must have home, pager, or cell number, email address and/or 24-hour voice mail, and transportation.

Interested singles or couples can submit a photo online email, by snail mail and/or interview with Randy De Troit, the owner and Xec Producer of AVS. After such a time independent co-productions will commence immediately at DETROIT's HAREM studios in North Hollywood.
The way in which the independent production, independent contractor's & limited partnership agreement works is this:
All female actresses will begin to promote themselves immediately in a joint co-production venture in association with AVS. This will be in a means devised by AVS/actress to be carried out by both parties for mutual benefit and financial gain.
You initially schedule a photo session shooting in various positions and outfits: hard and soft establishing content in order to enter the marketplace. You will promote yourself accordingly by being involved and having input in creating content based upon you as the star focus and main attraction. You will assist in selecting male and female talent with whom you will work in videos and photos in order to begin a career path of financial freedom and security.
Once you have completed your photo session, a webpage will be built to accommodate your photos that can be accessed anytime, anywhere, by anyone, in the world through the Internet. These photos can be used to represent you, for you to email, use in graphically designed promotional material and artwork.
Accounts will be setup with various online content brokers creating a pay flow system to be initiated immediately upon delivery of commercially viable adult content in order to become completely self-sustaining, self-sufficient and independent.
AVS will provide the essential tools (cameras/editing bay, location, experience, connections and you provide the performance talent, clothes, & makeup.

The actress will create a Television show based upon her daily activities notwithstanding her outside adult jobs, career orientation, personal traits, day to day affairs, personal behavior, interaction, other talent, and philosophy. This series will be co-produced with AVS and broadcast on Public Access Cable TV in various areas of Southern California. You will act as co-producer and contract personally with each cable station on which you wish to broadcast. The only cost to actress will be ¾" videotapes to be purchased at $4 each. These shows will be produced on a regular weekly basis and submitted on a monthly basis by you to such cable networks as Adelphia, Time-Warner, and Comcast.

She can also submit a proposal for other subject material as long as it stays within the confines of PA criteria and rules. They do not allow sexual activity but do allow kissing, solo and couple nudity, but no insertion. Interview formats, soapbox, soap opera, skits comedy, musical or other entertainment are some examples of these.

Actress will place advertisements to be co-written with AVS seeking actors, actresses, investors, and support team to cater to assist in her attainment of gainful self-employment. She will help to create video lines revolving around particular themes: shaving self and others, B/G sex, anal, solo masturbation w/toys, mutual masturbation, B&D, G/G, gangbang, fetishes, 3-somes, etc. The more creative & fresh your productions are will determine how fast you will gain notoriety and achieve your desired level of success.

You will promote yourself with flyers and handouts, T-shirts, 8x10's, etc., at local, national and international adult industry events you are physically able to attend. Investors and/or income from sales and placement of content will finance this. AVS will work with you every step of the way, providing guidance and advise in these most important building blocks of your career.

An independent contractor's and limited partnership agreement will be drawn up and signed and dated by both parties with the understanding that the agreement will last as long as both parties agree. If either of the parties decide not to continue, they will give the other 30 day's notice to the contrary in writing as a contract term prescribed in the agreement. The terms of the contract will stay in effect for life but there will be no new production between the parties after that effect.
